Hilo Jr. Tennis Club
The Hilo Junior Tennis Club teaches juniors how to play the game of tennis. We'll work with juniors from the beginner stage to advanced players. We'll teach them the basics of forehand and backhand shots, how to serve, volleying at the net, and game strategy. And best of all, they get to play!
But, there is more to it than just getting good at hitting a tennis ball with a racket and scoring points. Tennis is a sport that promotes sportsmanship, etiquette, and conduct. So our juniors learn the Rules of Tennis which provide life lessons as well.
The Hilo Junior Tennis Club is a non-profit, volunteer driven organization. We have no paid employees. We depend on parents to provide the club with leadership and manpower.
If your interested in signing up your child, please check out the other links at the top of the page.
Our next tournament will be January 11 - 13, 2019. We are looking for volunteers to help at the tournament desk or as a court monitor.

The season runs March - April. Background checks and training to be completed by Feb. 8, 2019.
